In the Summer of 2013 Messymayhem went on holiday, but it wasn't sun, sand and cocktails. It was a shed in the rainy south of England with sweets and sandwiches from the garage across the road. This doesn't sound promising I know but we were guests of the lovely Dave and Hayley of gungetankbabes.com and has the loan of their gunge tank! With us were two gunge virgins, tall slim and very load brunette Kay and the lovely, curvy Jessica Lo who had stepped in and saved the day at the last minute when another girl cancelled. Hosting was meant to be the adorable Jess West but she was stuck in a traffic jam at this point so I'm afraid it's me Bob standing in, sorry! We kicked things off with a strip race to decide which of these lovely ladies would be the first into the tank.A strip race for those who don't know is like a striptease but very fast, without any of the teasing and a competition between two of more girls. The girls start more clothed than they normally do on a Messymayhem shoot and then have to strip down to their underwear as fast as they can. The slowest girl to do so will be taking a seat in the gunge tank minus her bra. This turned out to be a very quick race indeed and I even needed to do a photo finish to declare the winner. Both girls having never been gunged before were rather nervous but also excited. The loser ended up getting a face full of green then light pink gunge in the tank and actually rather enjoyed herself, the winner thought the whole thing was hilarious and Bob didn't make a total mess of things. He left that job to the gunge tank. You get to see the gunging from the front and above and glorious slo-mo replays of each.
